·        - Space rental is done through The American Legion Post 257 ONLY.
·        - Market hosts reserve the right to refuse space to any prospective tenant/vendor.
·        -The market hosts reserve the right to change the rates for any space.

Collegedale flea market hours are from 8am-4pm for shoppers. Vendors can arrive as early as 6am to set up their space. For security reasons no tenants/vendors will be allowed into the market space to set up their space on any days other than the date listed in the events tab.

Rental space size:  approx 18' square

·      Prices:
$20-- Non-Food Vendors: When you reserve your space prior to September 4, 2019.

$25--At the gate the day of the flea market...excludes food vendors.

$30--Food Vendors: When you reserve your space prior to September 4, 2019.

$35--At the gate the day of the flea market--Food Vendors

*September 4, 2019 is the absolute cutoff to receive applications and payment for $20 reservation price. If you miss this deadline it is $25 cash at the gate on the day of event.

PayPal Option
The Collegedale Flea Market is prepared to receive payment via PayPal.  If you want to make payment via PayPal, please submit payment to  A completed copy of the signed application can be emailed to

·        All spaces must be paid for prior to setting up.
·        Refunds will be available to pre-paid vendors who need to cancel their reservation. Must have cancellation request emailed to by 3pm the Friday before the market.
·       Space rental must be paid in full either by mail or with PayPal within dates listed in events tab or at the gate the day of the event.
·       You will be contacted via email with your space number upon receipt of your application and payment. Print or show your confirmation email at the gate upon entry (the gate will also have your information).
·       Space rentals made the day of the event are first come first serve and subject to availability.

·         No fire arms sold or brought on premises.
·         No pornography sold or brought on premises.
·         No anti-Christian material sold or brought on premises.
·         The hosts of the market reserve the right to restrict the sale, display, or distribution of any objectable printed material, photographs, films, books, etc.
·         The sale or use of alcoholic beverages or fireworks is prohibited.
·         The market does not condone the sale of counterfeit merchandise and is not responsible for any sold.
·         No animals are to be sold on premises.
·        - Sub-leasing is prohibited.
·         -Market hosts do not provide any provisions for spaces (tents, tables, etc.).
·        - Tenant/vendor’s merchandise must be within their rental space purchased.
·         -Space tenants/vendors vacating the market are required to remove their merchandise from the premises. No  haul-away service is provided.

·         -A limited number of electrical hookups are available upon request.  Personal generators are permitted with permission
·         -Personal pets are allowed but must be under control of owners at all times.
·         -Owners of property and host of flea market are not responsible for lost or stolen items
·         -Owners of property and host of flea market assume no responsibility for any person(s) personal injury, death, or property damage in or about the spaces rented by the tenant/vendor.
